Over the past two decades, downtown Windsor has grown substantially, with development on both sides of Highway 101. Most of the recent development has been occurring on the West side of the highway, with the addition of the Windsor Town Green neighborhood in the early 2000’s and an expansion of Windsor High School, bringing beautiful neighborhoods to Western Windsor in the process, surrounding Windsor Golf Course, a highly rated course on the Southwest corner of town. Each of these newer neighborhoods is surrounded by wine country homes nestled in the oaks and rolling hills on the West side of town.

Connecting Northwest and Southwest Windsor is Windsor High School, and Keiser Park.
